Learn the  fundamentals of pole fitness. The class is only for beginners.  During this class you will learn pole spins and tricks, core condition, upper and lower body strengthening, and sensual movement.

Yoga & Pole w/ Anya

Incorporating yoga with pole plays important benefits. First and foremost, learning how to breathe while practcing pole tricks, increase flexibility, gain strength, balance, and coordination. During this class your will start with deep stretches and breathes, followed by learning new pole tricks and connections.

Awakening Goddess

Awakening Goddess is a class designed to connect with your mind, body, and soul, through sensual, flow movements.   Sensual flow is a fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the movements with a twist, and creating fluid, feminine movement.   The movement inspires your mind, connects with your body, and you will discover the goddess in you.
